My Checkers Overport Sixty 60 nightmare

My checkers sixty 60 nightmare…on the 27/08/222 a driver from (checkers Overport) came to my house and called me less than 5 minutes later I was at the gate to pick up my order, the driver then came at with me with Attitude and told me he had been waiting for over 30 minutes, to which I pulled outs my call log and asked him how has 30minuter passed when you have you only called me less the 5 minutes ago? He then kept taking under his breath insulting me to which I told him I don’t appreciate, I got so annoyed to a point that I decide was just going to take a picture of him and report him. As “his picture” on the app is cut ( he identifies as Klaonzo christian)…he then launches at me (which I have video of) grabbing my phone and arm, the incident was so intense that securities and to intervene and so did people across the road. He then drive off violently (have video of that too). So i obviously report this on the app and had no response, i reported it again 2 more time but still nothing, I ended up calling the help centre and told them what happened and they just logged my incidents and told Me it would be looked into. However they were unable to call the the checkers Overport where he is employed to ensure that he never delivers at my place again , I was just give the number and had to call myself which I did over a course of 4 days, I was never called back after leaving my number numerous times and being transferred from pillar to post every time I called… but my greatest Horror was yesterday after a whole 2 months since this incident checkers thought it was OKAY to send this man with my delivery to my house, that mind you had physically assaulted me in the past. I was so prettified and cannot believe that they could put me in such a position after I had informed them regarding this incident. What make this hard and pushes me to writer about it is, I alway think what more could have happened had I been at a stand alone residence? Alone with no security on stand by?. I have never received any reassurance from checked. I have also informed them that I would Be happy to present all evidence in a disciplinary inquiry should there be one but… No no no checkers doesn’t care about the well-being and lives of their customer just pushing its business and profits. Something else I discovered is that I have had this guy deliver at my residence before ( as per the driver info on the app) multiple time but this was not the same guy. So I suspect some of their drivers aren’t even who they say they are and just fly under the checkers raiders. I’m absolutely disheartened by this situation and I would really like something to be done about this man. If not I will have to take this to the police as I have enough evidence to open up an assault case.
