My app is not working on my phone

My app is not working on my phone, I phoned the call center, and I was told that all phones (Samsung ad VIVO)that were procured after 2019 are not compatible with the sixty60 app. I went to the store, and they couldn't log in to my profile, it gives them an error.

The call center personnel are like programmed robots. They are not willing to assist at all. It's been 8 months , and I can't order online.
