****** in store and no one is interested to help

I Tsholofelo Ahitlhile was ****** at the shop to do groceries with my wife and i was busy on the phone talking to a customer while my wife was ****** a phone and wallet, the person who ****** her was wearing a checkers uniform and run through to the staff entrance/store room and the grocery manager David said theres nothing he can do as they have more than 200 employees and i cant close a shop for u to look for a person who ****** u.he even refused to check the camera's. I hope something will be done about this issue because will never be free at checkers hyper westgate, we cant even trust the staff and the person who took my belongs withdrawed more that R7500 on my account and my wifes phone. It seems like the store only cares about the staff not customers.
