Mouse/rat in Checkers KC

Yesterday I went into Checkers at KC, usually I go to the one in Ryland because to be honest the one at KC isn't very well maintained. Anyway I went into the toy isle. I picked up a boy's car toy for my son. And it was extremely dirty. It also seemed quite heavy. While I was contemplating whether I should take it or not, I felt something drop onto my foot. I looked down and it was a mouse or a rat. And it ran through the isles. I started screaming, and even though there was a lady in the isle, she didn't even bother looking up. I'm extremely upset because given the current circumstances, you would think that checkers would be cleaning their items. ESPECIALLY A CHILD'S TOY. Imagine I bought it and gave it to my child. Nevertheless I went on to tell a staff member, she apologized but didn't even bother to get up and check. I told another staff member and she said yes I'll inform management. That was the end of it. I left and I refuse to go there again. How gross. Considering that rat or mouse could be running around and getting into the food items.
