Mouldy Vegetables grocery delivery

Over the last 2 months, items have either been consistently wrong, or like 2 days ago my delivery had mouldy veg in. I didn’t even have to open the packet, you could see the mould and watery goo from outside the packaging. I’ve reported it, got 2 automated reference numbers and dead silence since. No refund, no apology, nothing. Quality control in Checkers Brackenfell - Boulevard should be spoken to, why are there mouldy veg on the rack to start with? The shopper that chose the item in the store didn’t see it either, nor the cashier. It was literally oozing when my grocery delivery came. Quality control around food is so important. The silence on the part of Checkers is disheartening.
