Most pethetic service ever!!!!

Wanted to pay after standing in a for almost half an hour and then the cashiers stands up and strick. No service what so ever. Checkers hyper fleurdal bloemfontein is the only shop i shop at and then this happens. I am highly discusted by the poor service.
