Mooiriver Checkers...staff ***********, rude and utter unhelpfull

Went to Checker Mooiriver Potchefstroom. What a lot of *********** staff. Bought pancakes. Waite 20min at the counter. Then spoke to the manager which called a senior staff member to assist. She was rude, made us stand outside her door for another 10min. Went back to manager who gave the staff member a instruction to help. The staff member just walker away. The outcome was that I phoned the branch manager who came out his office, gave us back our monies and resolved the problem. This was after been sent from pillir to post for 40min.
