Monument checkers bad service.

Had the worst customer experience ever.

Staff at Deli section not helpful. Stand a look at u till u ask fo assistance. An then they dont wash hands before attending to customers. After asking for mixed cold meats we have been told they dont sell mixed cold meats very short off. An then the lady just chucked the cold meats in to bread bags. No effort or pride in her job.

Spoke to store manager Sunny Boy at which he just said he is sorry an he will take it up with the perishables manager as that he is off. But he didnt look like he cared either.

Very bad service.

My self being in the retail my while life have never an will never allow any of our stores to give this type of service to a customer.

It's really upsetting to see what service a person have to be happy with after paying top dollar for the stuff u need.
