MONEY TRANSFER PIN NOT RECEIVED AS YET

Deposited money on July 29,2015 at Matlosana Mall, Klerksdorp and forgot the pin I used when depositing the money resulting in the recipient inability to withdraw the funds. Thereafter did an affidavit and certified ID copy which I submitted at the same store as per their request. Still havent received the sms with the reset PIN. I deposited R710 at 09:36:04
