Money Transfer is stupid

I find it ****ing retarded that I cant use my ****ing Passport when trying to collect money sent to me. I have an ID but I have a habit of misplacing it. I travel for work every now and again so have my Passport with me at all times. I just don't understand why its so bluddy difficult to accept it as ID for collections... I hate this service unfortunately the sender can't do it any other way.
