Money taken and not given back.

Money debited twice and it's taken 2 months and still no refund Karin at Checkers Hyper 14th avenue has been the most unhelpful person ever. She first said the card that wad swiped confirmed only 1 payment went through and when I contacted the company, an email sent to Karin confirming a double debit. And yet still she claims I was not debited twice. I have a statement reflecting 2 debits and still that's not enough for MY MONEY to be given back to me. I need urgent feedback and a refund promptly I will take this to the media.
