Money refund

I am disgusted at the service I received from management at whale coast mall checkers after their faulty pin points debited my bank account but then showed declined. Management said the money would reverse back into my account but its been 4days and nothing has happened. When I asked today what's happening a long story but no money and no groceries. Wat would happen if I had no groceries and they took my money ND didn't give my groceries either. I have kids to feed.
