Money market linked with FNB

On Wednesday evening(02/09/2015) I went through to the money market to withdraw funds from my account. The sms was sent through immediately to notify me that funds have been reserved for checkers and the little cashier says to me \oh my system is offline so lets swipe again"My reaction \""NO as the money has gone off my account\"" She gladly says to a colleague \""Oh the speed point is not working again and I must wait 24 hours for a reversal\"" Disgusted I leave the store and phone FNB reporting my situation"
