Money Market credit report wrong listing

I got a call that the Kudough Credit Report from Shoprite/Checkers /Checkers Hyper Money Market say I have a default on my credit profile , which default is that ? because on ( xds, experian, compuscan , transunion ) there is nothing ; can they tell me exactly what is that ? I never skipped a payment since 2017 January
