Money market and Checkers stole my money

I sent money on money market at Checkers at the Pavilion to some one in Newcastle and I was given a pin and numbers and to my surprise when the person I sent the money to checked she was told the money was already collected in Durban USave store. I have been trying to get this matter sorted and calling with false promises to get callbacks but my cries fall on dead ears standard bank and checkers money market Help me get my money back
