Money Market

My helper used the JHB south gate mall money market to send money home two weeks ago she entered wrong pin we have been try to get the correct pin they are not helpful at all the manager does not know what she is doing or she does not answer her phone when you call her we were given her number we are told she is coming , we are not told if the funds reflects on their system or not. Till today no funds,no help and answers. Poor service
