Money Market

I was sent the M number and the pin that the sender always use it every month on the 3rd of December. I went there and with a lot of attitude a lady told me its too much money and finally she decided to help me from checkers Brakenhurst she told me the pin is incorrect. I called the sender to go rectify it and imediatetly the sender went back to checkers in Glen Marais. The sender of the money visited Checkers supermarket to complete the process with their ID document as well as the Money Transfer reference number and was told in two working days the pin will be resetted. To this day 11 December nothing has happend. The sender went back and was given attitude again that the sms will be sent. I am furious as this has caused a lot of delays on my payments and their attitude everytime i have to collect money form Checkers. I tried to change the outlets where i collet but every outlet i go they seem to be hiring the same people with stinking attitude. How long does it really take to reset the pin?
