money market
On Saturday we went to the Checkers at Green valley in Edenvale and paid in money for my children that stay with my mother for food, as I do every week. Unfortunately I lost the slip before I could phone my mother with the transaction number, for them to withdraw the money on there side. I went back to the Checkers to see if we can get a reprint of the transaction where they told us to go to the police and do an affidavit of the lost slip, which we did. When we went back to Checkers after we have done the affidavit they told us that they can only help us on Tuesday because it is a long weekend and the system is lock and they have to liaise with the head office of money market and they don't work on Sundays and public holidays. I strongly recommend that this loophole in the system creates complete customer dissatisfaction because as far as I know money market was created for easier and quicker financial transfers and by not having anybody assisting on problems like this over Sundays and public holidays will create big inconvenience if it is a matter of life and death. I surely hope that you will be able to assist me with your expertize and hopefully we can resolve this matter asap.T

As a money transfer is a financial transaction, regulations require that specific information be provided in order for the reference number to be resubmitted to the sender. It is, however, important to note that the safeguarding of the money transfer information remains the responsibility of the sender and must never be shared with anyone other than the intended recipient. We will ,however, follow up in order to assist in resolving this matter soonest.
We thank you for taking the time and effort to communicate with us. It is only with the help of concerned customers such as yourself that we are better able to continuously strive to improve the overall shopping experience of our customers.
