Money lost, no refund

All orders placed with this app you have to pay as you order, then they put the order together and things don't get delivered, but you've already paid for it. There's no refund, no management of this. If you tell them you didn't receive items their default response is that your will be refunded but this never happens.

Better to use the Pick 'n Pay app, there you pay after delivery so you only pay for the things you receive. Checkers Sixty60 doesn't care enough to help when the fault is theirs.
