Money Debited but Order was cancelled by Sixty60

I tried to purchase something on the 28th of June, the money went off my account, however the order was cancelled from their side. It has been a week later and my money has still not been reversed back to me! According to Standard bank the money was released to Checkers meaning that their bank has to authorise the money back to me. And Checkers Sixty60 is saying that they did not receive the money, it's still pending at Standard bank and that they should authorise the reversal. So nobody has my money and nobody can assist me. This is highly unprofessional service from Sixty60 and I will never make use of their services ever again
