Mocked by staff

So I'm Checkers Northgate waiting to pay for my **** and before she tallies everything up I ask to withdraw 2k because I need to pay my helper this week. She very rudely tells me that she doesn't have 2k and I ask her how much she had and she just shrugged her shoulders. Now the lady who was packing my bags giggled and said something in Tsonga that I did not quite catch but it sounded like she had made a joke about me, so I started paying attention. Now I don't know what about me gave these women the idea that they could talk about me in Tsonga and I would not understand. They started joking about how crazy it is for this man to demand 2k at 4 in the afternoon, what was he thinking. A third lady came to inform my teller that one of the tellers had some money and they continued talking about how annoying I'm being - literally right infront of me. At that point I snapped and said can I please just pay for my groceries (in English). She responded that she's trying to get the money and I said no you're not, the 3 of you are busy mocking me. I then told her that as soon as she processed my payment I want to speak to the store manager - something I have never done in my whole life but at that point I was freakin livid. The teller cheekily called the supervisor and at that point I lost my ****. I told her that I very politely asked to withdraw money and instead of helping me these 3 women have spent then last 10 minutes talking about me in Tsonga thinking I don't understand what they are saying. I then started to walk away and the supervisor asked me to please not go until they help me. One of the floor managers (I assume), who herself had been giggling but not saying anything now started to act very polite and said she found a till that had 1.8k, can they please give it to me. At this point I don't even want their money anymore i just want to leave, but the supervisor talks me down and says what happened was wrong and she is sorry. I came to my senses and took the money because I did desperately need it to pay my helper. I took the money, thanked the sup and left still ****ed. Never in my life have I ever been subjected to such treatment from a service provider.

And I hate to make this racial but tellers always, ALWAYS treat white people with the utmost respect even when they are being rude and mean but blacks are given subpar service at best. I have noticed this mainly at Checkers and Pic n Pay and it is ****ing disgusting.

I drop at least 4-5 thousand bucks a month at that store but I promise you they will never get another cent from me.
