Mistake that was done

I'm still experience problems with the Shoprite at Jabulani they dont want take any responsibility for their mistake even their head office is taking no responsibility about their actions, I have done wrong by putting my signature even them they done wrong by putting the wrong date , I don't mind if we go 50/50 cause both of us we are wrong
