Missing items

I have orders with checkers sixty 3 items and only 2 arrived and I had to call them , no one nor the app did not advise the item is out of stock until the items were delivered and I needed to call them , I had a rude consultant that helped me he was telling my money is on hold with my bank and will only be refunded in 4 days this is the second time I have a problem with them because last time they delivered the incorrect items, do not use this app it is useless like it’s employees
