Missing Items

I have been using Sixty60 for about 6 months without a hitch. I've loved the convenience of it. However, today, part of my order was missing, despite the articles having been shopped. On submitting a query, I would have expected to be contacted to when the items could be delivered. Instead I was merely credited to my Wallet. It's like it was just way too much trouble for Checkers to deliver the missing items. Not great service Checkers.
