Missing goods

Went to checkers retail value mall in boksburg today, bought a few items including a stick of peaceful sleep, the cashier packed everything but when I got home the peaceful sleep was missing. I lodged an online complaint with checkers but of course they never responded So now it seems that a person has to check all the packets before you leave the store Best part is checkers security always have to tape packets closed when you go into the shop, but its fine if the store staff don't pack goods that have been paid for.
