Misleading adverti*****t and uninformed staff

I went to make a deposit into my capitec acc and they told me no I can't they don't take capitec when uet there's a big board with all the banks on it stating you can deposit into these accounts, then I had to use my other bank card to deposit then I was told it must be from R500 and up, then I said but I have deposited less before and she insisted no, I can't make a deposit of less then 500.00 now that is totally utter nonsense, when I told her to do the less amount it went through, then she's like o it works, so why do Checkers emporium put uninformed staff at your money market, you advertise these services and then you are told no it don't work, but the lady was clearly not informed about the products and servises you provided, now I had to waste my time change everything around cause you have false advertising. Then they make you feel like an idiot cause you don't know what you talking off when it's them not knowing how and what the services you suppose to give.
