misleading

Checkers have advertise a special for baby powder this weekend that passed. i sent my friend to the store as we only get a 1 hour break and for ever traveling, the employees stated there are not on promotion he waited 20 minutes only to be turned away. I checked online on the catalog it was there yet the staff is unware of this, i called the store to speak to the manager i was told his not in and put to some other manager"marc reddy" who kept cutting the call. i then report this to customer service and the lady said she will get back to, yet i am still waiting.

i loved shopping at checkers but with this experience i rather go else where. As customer service is not to standard and dont give a dam about their customers.
