Mislead by Xtra savings prices on shelves at Checkers.

I shopped on 27 September 2024 at Emfuleni Checkers in Vanderbijlpark and I did not receive the extra savings as displayed on the shelves.

Coco pops are supposed to be R44.99 for a 340g box. That is a saving of R15.00 per box. I bought 4, therefore I was supposed to save R60.00. On the receipt, I received R42.00 off. I paid R49,99 per box.

I bought a box of Chicken mama pies. I paid the full price of R129.99, not R99.99, as per the savings.

The Gaviscon was supposed to be R10.00 less, and not only R1.00.

The Fattis and Monis spaghetti is R45.00 for 3 packs. I bought 3 and paid full price.

This is not the only mistake, the same goes for the Parmalat yogurt, McCain Chips, Bakers Eet-sum- more cookies, and Jacobs Mocha 10's.

I emailed the manager and the xtra savings department to clarify the matter. No one responded to my queries. If I did not receive the savings as advertised on the shelves, the other customers buying the same products also did not receive the savings.

This is unacceptable and they need to rectify this mistake.
