Mince meat with bones in it

I bought a packet of Championship mince meat. It had pieces of bone in it. This was the first time since I bought a packet of Championship boerewors at Checkers Jean Village, Centurion. In it, I also found pieces of bone. This was more than five years ago. Then I complained. Clearly, NOTHING has been done to rectify the problem. This time, I broke a tooth on a piece of bone. I am a pensioner with a VERY limited income. Who is going to pay the dentist for repairing the damage to my tooth?? I was quoted plus minus R1500. AND: Will Checkers sort out this problem once and all?
