Mince had white particles and it chewed like glass

I bought mince at Checkers Meyersdal yesterday on the 12th of January 2024 and after cooking the mince it had white particles inside the mince then when we chewed it s like we chewing on glass on top of it the mince was just made out of fat ..Very terrible I must say
