Milkshake

<p>So today at 5pm i went into a Checkers in Bergvliet and bought a few goodies, one of the items was a blueberry cheesecake ice cream. When getting home, upon opening the tub, the ice cream was melted and runny as if it were never actually frozen. We immediately went back to return it. Explained and showed the Supervisor what we got. She offeres an exchange, we went to exchange and coming to the till it was the samw problem meaning that there was a problem with the fridge, all the Supervisor could offer us was a refund. I am disgusted in the service of the Store Manager who was later called. She did not even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there. Terrible experience and rather went to PicknPay to get what we initially wanted! Frozen ice cream!</p>
