Medirite eardrops

On Sunday evening I purchased the medirite eardrops at checkers in rylands got home use it and the second I put the eardrops in my ears as per the instructions on the leaflet my ears started burning the pain was excruciating and had to then flush my ears which helped only at the time it felt like someone was throwing alcoholic on a opened worned I couldn't hear in my left ear throughout the night I then went to the local doctor and my ear was raw on the inside and red I contacted medirite checkers to let them know about my experience with the product I was advised to send all the required pictures which I then sent . The customer service who I spoke to said she would keep InTouch and provide me with feedback two days later she then sends me an email stating that the buyer responded " his travelling and I should just go to the doctor to sort my ears out "

The level of professionalism is absolutely ridiculous .
