Marilda Baijnath very rude and poor customer service!

I purchasedgrocery items and purchased some sushi from Checkers westville mall. I was at home and decided to have some sushi i took a bite of the sushi and it was tasting nf funny. I called the store and was out through to Marilda Baijnath who might i just say was very rude and she says that all the sushi is freshly made... This person was so rude ecen after i told her to go have a look at the deli there was no sushi being made there was the same crispy tupe sushi which was behind the counter and there was only 4 pieces there and it was just left there. I was then put through the store manager christal who just apologised and could not resolve my complaint and reffered me to Stan the regional manager. All this for R35 sushi. I called the regional office and i asked to speak to a manager and i was given stans cell number. I called Stan he was very polite and helpful and stated that i could discard the sushi and whenever i am in the store i could get a refund, he also promised to address this issue. All this for R35 and rude staff... I will definately not shop at Checkers ever again!
