manufacturing fault

An air mattress was purchased at your Checkers canal walk store on the 27/08/2015 between 20h00 and 21h00 if I'm not mistaken.<br> <br> It would appear that it's a manufacturing fault as the air mattress is coming apart at the seems ****erally). I have tried to \fix"the puncture but it just seems to continue deflating.<br> <br> It was a bestway dbl mattress as well as pump"
