Managers who go beyond the call of duty!

Hein at Checkers West Coast mall is unrelenting when it comes to going the extra mile for his customers. Last week I wanted my favorite house brand of bran flakes, but it was out of stock. His customer relations manager took me to Hein and he presented me with a "Morning Mills" brand (on customer account) and asked me to test it and let him know what I thought of it. It was delicious!!!

Now my brand is back in stock, but I enjoy both products and am very happy with the level of concern and care that was provided. I have never experienced this level of service at any other store, let alone a Checkers store.
