Managers useless

I tried to get the translux schedules And there is only 1 person/ employee in the whole checkers ( louis trichardt, limpopo that can possible help me ????? 3 managers were standing 3 meters away chatting.. not one of them could assit me.. because the employee that was suposed to help me when to the toilet??........ ( when she finally came back from the toilet they told me i was .....lucky.... that she is there to help me now??.. how am i lucky that a employee of checkers is willing to help me? ( by just doing her job) worst service in town.
