Managers attitude

It is not good for a fellow employee to shout at another employee infront of customers, these black managers at times lack managerial skills. I was at Majuba Mall in Newcastle where a lady by the name of Hlengiwe was shouting to a fellow employee, and you could see she was ignoring her so that she can continue to help customers. Hlegniwe should have asked for her in private than shouting at her infront of customers, if she is a manager, managers do not do that because we were shocked as customers.
