Manager with no customer skills and a bad attitude

As of today i lost all my respect for the floor manager at Checkers Hyper Sandton,Lunch time 12h00 and 50% of the tellers where closed . After standing and waiting to pay for 40 min already i asked the manager Sarika why are the tellers closed . She bluntly said she is busy and walked away from me .After calling her back she started screaming at me saying that she is busy. Very unprofessional and she could have cared the least that we not happy about the situation...Not even apologizing she just turned and walked away .This is not the 1st incident with the same manager.Not happy about this behavior as she goes around treating people like ****.<br> <br> Hope this is being noted cause her staff don't even know what her surname was just goes to show that there is no relationship of work between her and the staff as well as the clients .Mrs/Miss i am better than anyone else not on my level that is clearly what she think she is better than everyone else
