Manager with bad attitude

I'm writing this with a sad heart. I love shopping at checkers but the treatment I received from the Manager Zanele Masango at Checkers Middelburg Mall left me very disturbed. Rude, arrogant and unapologetic are few of the words I can use to describe her. It took her 20 or more minutes to come and authorise a sale from the cashiers situated less than 30 metres from her door. When she was called to come and assist she said she had no time and she's busy with important stuff. Everyone seems to be afraid of her as no one was willing to go to her office to remind her that a customer has been waiting for too long. They eventually asked us to go to her office. I sent my daughter while I held the queue. She was rude to her and continued being busy with whatever. Eventually she came out and walked straight past to the lotto counter. Shen then sent someone else to authorise the sale saying she is busy and doesn't have time to play. I guess we were there to play.
