Manager wants to hit customers

It's not the 1st time we've complained about the rude staff members at the Usave store in Rugby but still nothing has been done!! Why must it be customers duty to find out prices as in past when the staff walk around or like your endless count of rude managers who stand around!? The price used to be on the breads now there again no prices on certain bread! I asked this one guy who always walks around when u see him where's the manager, he says by money market. I didn't even recognize her in normal clothes have a chit chat with friend as woman wasn't buying anything so definitely couldn't be a customer. This manager turned around and then I asked is she the manager so she said yes and so I asked her where's the prices of the bread, her response oh we didn't get around to the prices! So I said but you busy chit chatting instead of doing your work so she started raising her voice and when I raised my voice she threatened me. Then she turned to friend to chit chat further after saying she's busy with a customer when she's not even behind the counter so I said this is not the 1st time there's been no prices and she's busy yakking. She turned around and clenched her fist as to want to hit me so then when I told her I'm gonna moer her she quickly calls for security!! So their staff can threaten you and shout at you but you can't moer them back or shout at them!!?? 3 people can't hold me back from their Manager to get to her and deck her to the ground!!! If she wants to challenge and threaten customers then she must stand like a man and take what's coming instead of shouting for back up because I won't tolerate someone threatening me!!! She can go threaten her children and staff but I won't be intimidated by the likes of her!!! Then your male security rukked on my clothes like he pays for them and then had the audacity to laugh!! He's somer next to get on his moer!! They quick to pull around customers who pay and follow people around in store that pay but people walking out with boxes of nappies they allow!!! I'm taking this further than just this complaint as nothing gets done about shoprite usave treated people like *******!! I'm guessing they will quickly go erase the video footage of her raising her fist!! Not leaving it there, taking this to necessary authorities!!
