Manager hides behind a stand, caught on video

You should take your managers through training. I'm a qualified professional in my trade and to call for your manager on duty and she hides behind a stand instead of coming to assist me. The other lady laughs at me constantly. I've got a video that I'm sure social media would love to see how well trained your staff are, especially during these harsh times of covid.
