Management that should have some sort of heart a heart and good business ethics.

I am really shocked to hear what has happened with my mother at Checkers @ The Glen in December. My Mather has been struggling with her hip replacement as it was not successful and at times she has to use to crutches. On this day My mother had to go do shopping as she had no other choice to do it herself. As she finished paid at the till the kind person that was packing the groceries out of her good heart tried to help my to push the trolley just out the shop.

A manager intervened and told the employee they are not aloud to do that and that my mom should help herself.

What kind of management does this to their customers. Clearly the employees have better customer service then management.
