Management needs a serious shake up

For about 6 months now I have been ordering chicken burgers to be made for me to collect on either a Saturday or a Sunday. R15.99 chicken burgers and I order many.<br> It is a nightmare. The only person I can rely on to get my order right and actually get it to the dely staff is Liz. It appears however that the only competent manager in the branch is Liz since I can hardly ever get hold of her because she is always too busy (no doubt because everyone else is so useless, she has to do everything)<br> I complained many times to Billy and Gerhard about this shocking service. Brian is just, well, is he even literate? Is he perhaps the son or nephew of someone very senior in Checkers because I can think of no other reason how he could possibly reach management.<br> The staff can't stand either Billy or Brian and I can understand why. They have highest respect for Liz.<br> For the past 3 weeks I have been emailing my order and the first 2 weeks went fine although I ask in the email for someone to reply to confirm and no-one does, pathetic. Then the third week I emailed and Billy and Brian claimed not to have received the email. Impossible.<br> I don't know what to do anymore. I need the burgers
