Subject: Complaint against Branch Manager at Checkers Hyper, Jean Ave

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and outrage at the unacceptable behavior displayed by the Branch Manager at Checkers Hyper, June Avenue, on 24/11/2024 at approximately 13:30.

While shopping with my mother, I witnessed the Branch Manager, an Indian male wearing a Springbok T-shirt, physically push my mother out of the way. This incident occurred near the checkout area, and I was in a nearby aisle at the time.

Upon approaching the manager's office to report the incident, I was informed by other staff members that the individual in question was indeed the Branch Manager. Despite being summoned, he failed to arrive, leaving me to feel increasingly frustrated and disrespected.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from management. The Branch Manager's behavior fell far short of these expectations, and I believe it is unacceptable for someone in a leadership position to display such disrespect towards a customer, particularly a woman.

I request that a formal investigation be conducted into this incident, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address the Branch Manager's behavior. I was dismayed to learn that even his own staff members seemed to be aware of his questionable behavior.

I look forward to a prompt response regarding this matter.
