Management doesn't even care

Good day. I was in the Festival Mall store yesterday when a very helpful shelf packer suggested I get the Xtra card to save on the Cokes I was buying. He referred me to till 5 where I gave my ID and phone numbers. Thereafter the teller asked me to sign a slip of paper which authorizes marketing etc to be sent to me. I refused so she said she will cancel the card. I asked for a manager to talk to before going that route. After about 10 minutes there was still no manager attending to me so I told the cashier she can cancel the card and I won't even buy the cokes then. To my horror she laughed at me in front of another customer and shrugged her shoulders. I walked away and found the manager myself. When I approached her and said I have a complaint the manager said she is busy with other things and walked away from me. Nothing else was said. I left the store empty handed. Before I even reached my car I received an sms welcoming me to this Xtra savings program... Exactly the type of messages I refused to sign and authorize. This is also after the cashier said she will cancel the card. This type of service and attitude from a cashier is unacceptable and just plain disgusting from a manager. Checkers will not be seeing my face in their stores until they prove to me that these issues have been dealt with with the relavant cashier and "manager". Hello Pick N Pay... You can have my business.
