Management at Checkers are a disgrace

This was the most awful experience at Checkers at mall at carnival. First we waited in the express line and only 2 ladies assisted ( 8 tills but only 2 worked) so after 20 min the manager comes out from nowhere and pushed himself in before us and does not even try to explain or try to ask to move infront of us just for a sandwich. When we confronted him he laughed in our faces.
