Man your tills Please!!

If this was my first experience I would not be complaining, but now after almost every visit, I or another customer frustrated in the queue has to call management for get the check-out tills properly manned. (Exactly the same applies to your Bakery section...but lets leave that one) The common management response is \its not my fault
