Mall of africa branch checkers 60 app, double charged and not refunded.

I ordered on the app(mall of africa branch)because I couldn’t get to the store as im unwell. Checkers60 double charged me and sent two orders. I told the driver to return the items because i had already received them and he refused to take the order back.I sent an email for this to be rectified but the agent said there is nothing they can do to resolve the problem. I don’t even have the money to return to the store because of the double charge. What am I supposed to do? And this inconveniences everything else im supposed to do .
