Makro RCS card

I am a frequent customer at Davenport checker and I pay with my card,however when the month get tough I use my makro credit card to purchase which they check with RCS as they say it’s protocol. Now I don’t have an issue with this as it’s a security issue and I have nothing to hide. Now today I come into the store an I am notified that they have been instructed to not accept any makro credit cards. Now if the RCS site specifically says that as a holder of the card I can use any of their other stores ,to be honest makro is miles from where I live and I can go there however when it is late in the afternoon it’s an invonvience. I just want someone to tell me as a holder of this card why is it that something so simple and convienant has been removed as an added service. Right now I don’t have the utilities I required because of this I have to wait till tomorrow to go to makro. Please sort this out because I have no other issue with any other checkers store in Durban apart checkers in Davenport

Now I do not know who runs these accounts or runs these stores however the inconstancy of how it is managed is rather confusing and frustrating. If I were to go to Windermere /Pavilion or any other checker I receive service. I would like to find out what is the purpose of convenience or having stores that can interlink Never had issues with Edcon with using the card in any of their affiliates. Now can someone from ****** checker kindly respond to my issue and how these store are run or to the least RCS for this card is more of a headache than anything really , as what I was told and what I can actually do is rather a headache.
