M&M sweets expired in store

<p>I visited the local Checkers store in Bethlehem yesterday with my grandchildren. They wanted some m&m sweets only to find the sweets on the shelf expired more than a week ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>How can a store and the makers of the sweets expect us as consumers to buy these expired stock? What if I did not realize this and gave the sweets to my grandchildren and they fell ill because of this? I would be responsible for this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Could I please have some help so this conduct does not continue?</p>
